  • Files generated by executing Skills via the desktop client (e.g., Office documents, PDF reports, image files) are stored directly in the workspace/ directory on your local computer.
  • Content within this local file system is never actively uploaded to our cloud servers.
  • You maintain complete control over the data stored in your local environment.

3. DATA STORED IN THE CLOUD

Our cloud databases only store essential information required to maintain system operations, which primarily includes:
  • Account and authentication credentials.
  • Credit balances, subscription tiers, and billing records.
  • Referral relationships and commissions.
  • Basic execution log summaries (e.g., success/failure status, processing time, without containing sensitive original content).

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The data we collect is strictly used for the following legitimate purposes:
  • Service Provision and Maintenance: Ensuring your account logs in securely and resources are accurately deducted.
  • System Optimization: Analyzing system load and error logs to improve service performance.
  • Fraud Prevention: Identifying and blocking bulk account creation, malicious attacks, and payment fraud.
  • Our Commitment: We will never use your data for ad targeting, nor will we profile you for commercial behaviors.

We use a minimal number of essential, functional cookies on our official website (axon123.com) to save your login session, language preferences, and dark theme settings. We do not use any third-party tracking cookies to monitor your cross-site browsing behavior.

9. GOVERNING LAW

The interpretation and implementation of this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration, as stipulated in our Terms of Service.
