Welcome to Axon. By registering an account, accessing our website, or using our AI services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

Axon provides advanced AI-driven productivity tools. Core features include, but are not limited to:

• Skills: Domain-specific workflows defined by natural language.
• Agents: Autonomous digital workers running 24/7.
• Memory: Cross-session context awareness and preference learning.

To access our Service, you must register an account using email verification or third-party shortcuts. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account information, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or shared with others.

Credit Packs are one-time virtual goods. Once successfully purchased, they take effect immediately and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each Credit Pack is valid for a specific period from the date of purchase (currently set to 90 days), after which any remaining credits will automatically expire. Multiple Credit Packs have independent validity periods and do not affect each other. Credits are deducted on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis.

Because AI inference involves high computational costs (LLM token billing, GPU consumption), users must fully understand and agree to this non-refundable policy prior to purchase. If you experience technical issues where credits are not properly credited to your account, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Axon provides a referral program to incentivize user growth. Axon reserves the right of final interpretation and adjustment of the following rules:

1. Commission Rate: The platform will set and adjust the commission rate based on operational strategies. Adjustments will apply immediately to newly generated recharges.
2. Commission Limits: There may be limits on the number of times or the total amount of commissions generated by the same referee, subject to the latest rules published by the platform.
3. Freeze Period: To prevent fraudulent activities (e.g., credit card refunds, chargebacks), all referral earnings are subject to a freeze period before they can be used or withdrawn.
4. Withdrawal Threshold: The available balance must reach a minimum amount set by the platform before a withdrawal request can be initiated.
5. Right of Audit: Axon reserves the right to audit, reject, or freeze any withdrawal request, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, self-referrals, or bulk account creation.

Axon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

When using the Axon Service, you must not engage in the following activities (including but not limited to):

• Using the platform to generate illegal, obscene, violent, hateful, or rights-infringing content.
• Using technical means (e.g., bulk registration, automated scripts) to exploit platform credits or referral rewards.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful programs.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property, trademarks, or other legal rights of Axon or any third party.
• Unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of platform systems or data.

If you violate these rules, Axon reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and pursue legal action.

You retain ownership of the input data you provide to the Axon platform (e.g., prompts, uploaded documents). Subject to compliance with these terms and relevant laws, you are granted a license to use the output content generated by our AI services (e.g., documents, reports, code, images) for personal or commercial purposes. The software, code, design, and brand assets of the Axon platform itself are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or modification is strictly prohibited.

We respect and protect your privacy. Axon utilizes a hybrid architecture:

• Files generated by executions on the desktop client (e.g., Office documents, PDFs, generated images) are stored locally in your workspace directory by default and are not actively uploaded to the cloud.
• Our cloud servers only store your account information, credit billing data, referral relationships, and necessary execution log summaries.

Axon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust subscription plans, resource quotas, or concurrency limits. For accounts that severely violate these terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate service without any refund.

Content generated by AI inherently has probabilistic and limited characteristics. Axon does not guarantee that the generated output is entirely accurate, reliable, unbiased, or suitable for any specific purpose. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Axon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service (including reliance on AI-generated content).

The formation, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If a settlement cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.
